1. The Service
Slideis an AI-powered presentation builder. You describe the presentation you want and our software, using third-party AI models, generates and renders presentation ("deck") content that you can edit, preview, present, and export. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at getslidepro@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or consumption-based fees. Prices, billing intervals, and included usage are described at the point of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; that information is handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Fees are stated exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, files, and other materials you submit, and of the decks you generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that policy.
6. AI-generated output
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended, and may be similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before relying on, publishing, or presenting it. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, cloud hosting, secure cloud processing, AI model providers, and payment processing). Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SOCIASPARK LTD and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOCIASPARK LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
