This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using Slide. It is part of our Terms of Service, and violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited content & conduct

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content, or to engage in conduct, that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes illegal activity.
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
  • Is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence against individuals or groups.
  • Is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Contains malware, or is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation.
  • Generates spam, or facilitates large-scale disinformation or fraudulent schemes.

2. Prohibited technical activity

  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or to breach security or authentication measures.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, including through excessive automated requests.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
  • Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions.

3. Responsible use of AI

You are responsible for the content you generate. Do not use the Service to produce content that you would not be permitted to create or publish yourself, and always review AI-generated output before relying on it.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
