Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Slide are billed, how you can cancel, and when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) using the payment method on file, processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing getslidepro@gmail.com. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again, and your subscription will not renew.
  • You retain access to paid features until the period ends, after which your account reverts to any available free tier.

3. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused features. However, we want you to be satisfied:

  • Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any error.
  • Service issues: if a significant defect prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we will work with you in good faith on an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.
  • Statutory rights: consumers in certain jurisdictions may have additional rights to a refund or a cooling-off period. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund or raise a billing question, email getslidepro@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and include your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
